Go down to the underground shelter, bying all the labyrinths, and move to the very north of the location. There are two rooms here, next to a dead end. In Baldur's Gate 3, you can also find Hell's Iron in the goblin camp. You can get here through the story. Reithwyn Stonemasons Guild

Challenge Ball
Coordinates:X:-821; Y: -752.
From the guild of stonemasons, move northwest until you meet the tiefling Raphael at coordinates -182 in X and 102 in Y. Coordinates:X:-657; Y: -753.
