There are three caches in the camp that can contain the Book of Kells. The desired cache is located in the center and guarded by many enemies.

The tombs are in the northeast district of Meade, close to the fast travel point if you have already visited the area during your travels.
The entrance to the tombs is blocked by a large stone wall - good bang will help you move on. There will be some druids at the top of the tomb - they have several cans of explosives in the camp. Clear the camp of enemies and grab a jarto be attributed to the stone wall.
