Wonderful Tales of Mikawa Festival in Genshin Impact: How to Complete All Stages

Inazuma Yokai Grand Festival Guide: How to participate in the event and complete all stages of the minigames.

Wonderful Stories of the Mikawa Festival in Genshin impact — the main event of the 5.4 update, which will take place in the Inazuma territory. The special event, organized by the Yae publishing house and the Aisa baths, is dedicated to the ancient festival of yokai, which currently unites both supernatural beings and ordinary people from all over the world.

Taking part in the holiday's story missions and completing mini-games organized by Yae Miko and Mizuki will bring you many valuable prizes, including a free epic spear, primogems, leveling resources and other useful materials. In this guide, we will tell you how to complete all stages of the event Wonderful Tales of the Mikawa Festival and pick up Tamayura-tei no Ohanashi.

Event Dates Wonderful Tales of Mikawa Festival

The main event of 5.4 will take place in first half of the update, with February 14 to March 3 2025. It is divided into three stages, which open every other day: February 14, 16 and 28. Mini-games become available every day.

How to open an event

To access the event and open all its stages, you will need:

To avoid spoilers for the main storyline or conflicts between event quests, it is recommended to complete the following quests in advance:

Genshin Impact Tales of the Mikawa Festival Event Guide

The event will feature three mini-games prepared by different teams of characters specifically for the holiday:

  • The fox's daytime sleep.
  • Phantom Bunshin.
  • Akitsu Harpastum: Double Dreams.

Daytime sleep of the fox

A 2D platformer mini-game created by Mizuki, tells the story of the adventures of a little fox. Controlling a small creature, you will have to overcome a difficult path, crossing worlds through torii to get to a ramen stand. During her travels, the fox will encounter both various dangers and small gifts scattered around the map.

Taking control of the fox, move it around the playing field using the movement and jump keys when necessary. Sometimes, to move forward, you will need to switch between the states of sweet sleep and nightmare. Use a special key to enter the desired mode and continue on your way.

Sometimes various obstacles may appear in front of the fox. For example, dangerous mushrooms, found only in nightmares, will harm the animal if touched. Jump over them or build another route to avoid damage. But fried tofu, on the contrary, will benefit the fox: collect the delicacy on the maps to unlock additional rewards for completing the stage.

Another unusual thing that the main character of the mini-game will encounter on her way is magatama - relics in the form of a petal. Collect them to later open some obstacle that requires an offering.

Read the guide to completing all the tests Daytime sleep of the fox.

Phantom Bunshin

In a logic test devised Sayu, players have to overcome a playing field full of various mechanisms in a limited number of moves. By activating multi-colored switches, you can build bridges between islands of the corresponding shades and move on. Actions performed during the race will be recorded by Muji-Muji Daruma, and then exactly repeated. Use this feature to pave the way to the finish line.

Please see separate manual for To the Phantom Bunsin.

Akitsu Harpastum: Double Dreams

Restarting the game tomoy, is similar to the original version of the challenge, but has many innovations. Now the master balls are launched by the opponent himself, made in the form of a mythical animal figurine, and the player controls the selected character, not the platform. Actively moving around the playing field, watch the movements of the master ball and hit them by activating a special skill. During the game, various obstacles will appear on the field, destroyed by ball strikes. Reduce the enemy's stamina to 0 to complete the run.

A plague on their heads
They're f***ing high
The second task, which consisted purely of chatter, took a whole hour!
Just scrolling through chatter and waiting for stupid, unscrollable animations
I got really mad
Especially in contrast to the vuva

I agree, I wanted to close it fast on the last day of the event, but instead I got a Vietnamese flashback of Chapter 5 of Natlan with the same unskippable crap.
And they chew everything up. Yeah, damn, they showed it, okay. No need to comment on every action, leave the riddle, the mystery! Chewing the plot like it's for preschoolers is boring.
I never got to the last task, it’s a shame, but oh well, I didn’t know it was there at all.

Right now I'm also trying to get through chapter 2 before seven in the morning...I won't make it, right?

The second task is just long.
The rest somehow flew by faster.
But just spending so much time chatting without the ability to skip is extremely disrespectful.
The games themselves are played very quickly. At least on a computer. They get lost in the background of trash talk.

What do you mean no? At least there are Chiori and Kirara, who will be at the festival after the event quest. There is also the blue oni Takuya, who is not voiced, though.
