To start the Give Flowers quest in Genshin Impact, you must complete the quest Sprouting Seedlings from the Varuna-gata chain. After completing the quest, head to the silapna located southwest of the Archon Statue. After fulfilling all the conditions, head to the upper left corner of the map, to the marker marked on the screenshot. A little north of the fork you will find desert camp. Go behind the house to the west of the path and jump through the hole in the boards to go down into the cave.
When you are at the bottom, you will see the Withering Zone and all three branches from the edge of the cliff. Jump down and take Dendrogranums, which are on the left. At this point, the gap puppies will appear, which will need to be overcome. Approach the branch and hit it with a charged attack (or shoot it with a bow) to "heal" it.
