Dehya in Genshin Impact: Guide & Build | 5⭐️ Pyro🔥

Guide to Dehue in Genshin impact — a standard Pyro character from Sumeru, who can work as a primary and secondary damage dealer. Teams with her are distinguished by increased survivability, since the heroine takes on part of any incoming damage and can restore her health.

In the build, we will talk about both Dehya builds and which one is better to give preference to under different conditions. The heroine does not have a very frequent Pyro status on E-shka, which creates a fire field, so as a secondary damage dealer, she will not suit all squads. In the main-dd build, Dehya deals the main damage through a special ult stance, the blows of which are not considered normal or charged attacks, but in order to accelerate this damage to high values, you will have to invest heavily in the character.

How to get Daehyu in Genshin Impact

Prayer "Flaming Gold"

Daehue could be knocked out of the event banner in update 3.5. From version 3.6, Daehya will be added to the standard banner. Constellations on it are mined by knocking out copies of the character.

For reruns and the release schedule of the characters, follow timetable banners.

Abilities

Dehya wields a two-handed sword and also wields Pyro's eye of the god, allowing her to deal fire damage through her elemental skill and ult. In addition, she has the unique ability to divert some of the damage, taking it on herself. By doing so, she can replace a Shielder or, within certain limits, a Healer on the team.

Basic skills (active skills)

 • Sandstorm Attack (Normal, Charged, Falling Attack)

In a normal attack, inflicts up to 4 sword strikes in combination with martial arts.

Charged Attack: Performs a combo attack that costs stamina.

Fall Attack: Falls to the ground and attacks all enemies in its path. Upon landing, deals area damage.

 • Molten Ash (Elemental Skill)

Area Duration: 12 sec.

Cooldown: 20 sec.

It consists of different techniques, depending on the situation on the battlefield.

Relentless Flame: Deals Pyro damage and creates a Fire Prison. Activates if there is no Fiery Prison on the battlefield.

Flame Orb: If there is already a Prison on the field, then Dehya removes it, performs a jump attack that deals AoE Pyro damage and puts the Flame Prison in a new place. The duration of the new skill area is inherited from the original. During the existence of one Fiery Prison, the Orb of Flame can only be used once.

Fire Prison: The area within which, when dealing damage every 2.5 sec. makes a t attack, dealing AoE damage to the Pyro. It depends on the attack power and HP of Dehya. In addition, there is increased interrupt resistance inside the area, and some of the damage taken is diverted and accumulated in Scarlet Mane Blood within 10 sec. As soon as the accumulated damage exceeds a certain percentage of Dehya's HP, the pull effect will disappear.

Fire Prison
Visual designation of the Fiery Prison

Only 1 Flame Prison can exist in total.

 • Lioness Fangs (Elemental Burst)

Duration: 4 sec.

Cooldown: 18 sec.

Energy consumption: 70.

Dehya enters the Flaming Lioness state, in which she fights with her fists and increases her resistance to interruption.

flaming lioness: Automatically constantly attacks with Flamemane Fists and deals damage to Pyro that scales with attack power and HP. After the condition ends, perform a Burning Strike, dealing damage in an area, also based on attack power and HP.

If there is a Fire Prison on the field during the activation of the ult, Dehya will remove it and after the completion of the explosion of the elements will create a new one, inheriting the duration of the previous one.

While in the Flaming Lioness state, Dehya is unable to use an elemental skill and make normal, charged, and falling attacks. They are replaced with Roaring Flurry.

Roaring Flurry: if within 0.4 sec. every time you use this skill with Flamemane Fist, the attack speed of the next Flamemane Fist increases.

The order of pumping

Dehya is a damage dealer with an elemental skill and an ult-procaster, so she should first upgrade her E-shka and elemental explosion to level 6. Despite the fact that in the ult she visually hits from the hand, this skill has its own damage scales, so it makes no sense to invest in auto-attacks (with the exception of units with C6 Bennett). Further, you can pump depending on the chosen role.

Skill Priority for Dehya Ultimate: elemental explosion > elemental skill.

On the position of sub-dd from the elemental skill, the order is reversed: elemental skill >explosion of the elements.

ive skills

Talent What gives
Endless When Dehya removes the Flame Prison with her Ultimate or Elemental Skill, the damage she takes while affected by Crimson Mane Blood for 6 sec. reduced by 60%. This effect occurs every 2 sec. Also, after activating Fiery Prison: Unyielding Flame, all characters in the squad are given the status of Golden Form for 9 seconds. and their interruption resistance in the skill area is increased. The Golden Form status occurs once every 18 seconds.
Unwavering Sincerity When Daehya's health falls below 40%, she recovers 20% of her max. HP and 6% of max. HP every 2 sec. over the next 10 sec. This effect occurs every 20 sec.
Sun way Increases the movement speed of characters during the daytime (6:00-18:00) by 10%. Does not stack with similar talents, and does not work in dungeons or the Abyss.

Constellations

The best constellations of Daehya are - С1, С4 и С6.

 • The first constellation increases Dehya's overall HP quite a bit, as well as skill damage.
 • The fourth constellation allows you to get rid of an additional healer in the team and pumps up energy so that the character ults more often. A good consta, since Dehya does most of the damage through her ult.
 • The sixth constant gives crit chance and crit damage. In addition, she extends the duration of her ult by a couple of seconds, which significantly increases the damage and allows her to be better played in the position of a hypercarry.
number Name Materials
1 blinding flame Dehya's HP is increased by 20% and she deals additional damage based on her max. HP when using the following attacks:
 • Elemental skill damage is increased by 3.6% of max. HP.
 • Ultimate damage is increased by 6% of max. HP.
2 Glittering fangs of the sands After activating the Orb of Flame elemental skill, the duration of Flame Prison is increased by 6 seconds. When a Flame Prison exists on the field, the damage of its next combo attack is increased by 50% if active characters are damaged.
3 fiery fury Increases elemental blast level by 3. Max. level: 15.
4 Immutable Oath Flamemane Fists and Burning Strike in the ultimate heal enemies for 1.5 damage. Dehya's energy and 2.5% of her max. HP every 0.2 sec.
5 Rampant Lioness Increases elemental skill damage by 3. Max. level: 15.
6 Rending fiery claws Critical chance to hit the ult is increased by 10%. If Fists of Flamemane scores a critical hit on an enemy during the same Flaming Lioness ailment, before the affliction ends, Lioness's Fangs' crit damage is increased by 15% and the duration of Flaming Lioness's ailment is increased by 0,5 seconds. The effect can occur every 0,2 sec. The duration cannot exceed 2 seconds. Critical damage is increased by a maximum of 60%.

Advantages and disadvantages

Daehya, like other characters, has its pros and cons.

Advantages Disadvantages
Interesting mechanics that will give a new gaming experience for old players. The skill has large intervals between Pyro ticks and low percentage of damage, so it cannot be used as a full-fledged reactor, like Xiangling.
Can do without a healer and shielder if necessary. Demanding on constellations, at least on C1.
ive talent for increased speed during the daytime is well suited for exploring new territories. Without C6, Bennet and the constellations cannot be constantly on the field, because as an active hero she plays through the ult, and for the elemental skill she is not obliged to deal damage herself. Because of this, it is more profitable to use another hero as the main damage dealer, and not Daehyu.
Damage is scaled somewhat by HP, which is a primary stat that scales with level. In addition, it facilitates the selection of artifacts. Due to aspects of the gameplay, it is difficult to pick up a team. Perhaps in the future there will be characters that will better reveal her potential.
If desired, with the help of an elemental skill, Daehyu can be used as a sup-dd for characters who do not need to apply the Pyro status too often.
Daehya is the best hero to explore Dragonspine Mountain, as her ive talent, Unwavering Sincerity, starts regenerating HP if she falls below 40% health. This also works for the effect of the fierce frost, allowing you to safely move around the snowy territory and not worry that the character might die from the cold.

To elevate Daehya's talents, you will need:

Best builds for Daehya in Genshin Impact

Dehya shows himself well as a revolver hero, on which all the damage of the squad and buffs are not concentrated. Her mechanics are at their best when she plays with other damage dealers, forming strong combos together to assist in dealing damage. Dehya's skills are scaled by both HP and attack at the same time, so you should pay attention to these stats. In addition, she has an expensive ult, so she will need energy recovery.

Recommended characteristic values

Daehya is a very interesting character who can fill different roles in the squad, but the build for each of them is almost the same, except for minor differences. She may be:

Main damage dealer. It depends on its own damage, so it needs good stats and s. The key character for this build of Daehya is C6 Bennet, since he will allow her to hit Pyro with damage from her hand.
Sup-dd. Helps other mein-dd. The main task in such a role is to constantly activate the elemental skill. However, it is worth noting that at the moment there is almost no opportunity to strengthen the E-shka with third-party buffs, so in order to get decent damage, you will have to invest heavily in pumping skills and artifacts.
Ult procaster. Needs a lot of energy regeneration in order to cooldown the ult on cooldown.

For a better implementation of the heroine, you should either use her in the main-dd position, or combine the activation of the elemental skill and the ult.

If Dehya is C1 and higher, then it is more profitable for her to give preference to HP in artifacts, and not to attack power, since damage scales more from health.

Optimal characteristic values:

 • Attack Power: 1700-1900 units.
 • Critical Chance and Critical Damage should be in a ratio of 1:2 (from 60/120 and more).
 • HP: 25.000-30.000. Health is pretty easy to get as Daehya has a high base value and HP as her main stat.
 • Energy recovery: for the main DD - 130-150 units, for the ult procaster 170-200 units.
 • Elemental Mastery: about 150-300 in squads through reactions. If Daehya plays in a Mono Pyro squad, then skill is not needed.

2 Emblem of Severed Fate
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2 parts: Increases energy recovery rate by 20%.
4 parts: Increases elemental burst damage by an amount equal to 25% of your Energy Regeneration value. The effect can be increased to a maximum of 75%.

4 parts:
Increases elemental skill damage by 25%. In addition, when the character is not on the battlefield, the damage of the elemental skill is additionally increased by 25%. After 2 sec. after entering the battle, the effect disappears.

⭐⭐⭐⭐
2 parts: Increases elemental skill damage by 20%.
2 parts: Increases attack power by 18%.
A set of artifacts for beginners that gives bonuses to attack power and skill damage.

Detachments

Dehya has a Pyro element, so the characters in her squad must react with her. However, it is also suitable for mono-elemental units. Buffers will also be good allies for a team with Dehya, which increase attack power, HP and cut off enemy resistances.

An example of characters that can fit Daehya's team:

Character Element Weapon Effects
Bennett Pyro One handed sword A versatile that increases attack and heals. In this case, C6 is useful as it will increase Daehya's own Pyro damage and keep her on the field at all times.
Xiangling Pyro A spear Sup-dd with powerful damage, giving resonance and Pyro status.
Mona Hydro Catalyst With the help of Omen, increases the damage from the ult. It will also give a stable Hydro status.
Kokomi Hydro Catalyst It will also distribute Hydro status, as well as provide treatment.
Barbara Hydro Catalyst Free replacement if there is no Mona or Kokomi.
Candace Hydro A spear It will boost Dehya's basic attacks and also give Hydro Infusion, which will allow Dehya to trigger the Steam reaction herself.
Ayato Hydro One handed sword Acts as a main dd under Daehyu, as well as a source of Hydro status.
Furina Hydro One handed sword Plays great with Dehya. A secondary damage dealer that depends on changes in the amount of health.
Rosary Cryo A spear Sap-dd for Cryo status under Melting.
Keia Cryo One handed sword Will deal damage from the ult and give the Cryo effect. A good free option for a revolver team with Daehya.
Ganyu Cryo Bow The main damage under Dehyu through the Melting. In this case, Ganyu will close the reaction, and not Dehya, and there is no need to recruit MC in this build.
Raiden electro A spear Damager to the team through Overload or Bloom. It will help with the set of ults and replace Dehya in the position of the active hero, while she has a rollback of the elemental explosion.
Al-Haytham Dendro One handed sword Main-dd to team through Blossom.
Nahida Dendro Catalyst A Dendro Reactor that grants a bonus to Elemental Mastery. However, this buff won't work for Dehya's pocket damage dealer.
Yao Yao Dendro A spear Dendro reactor and hill concurrently.
Sucrose Anemo Catalyst Gives a bonus to Elemental Mastery, and also pumps up energy.
Kazuha Anemo One handed sword A more expensive substitute for Sucrose, but with a more effective screed. The best choice in the Mono Pyro team.
Lan Yan Anemo Catalyst Like other Anemo characters, the ult provides a pull and Dispersion. Creates a dense shield.
Shilonen Geo One handed sword Suitable for the role of healer and to increase the overall damage of the squad.
Citlali Cryo Catalyst Although Dehya already has a high survivability, she will benefit from Cryo Status from Sitlali.
Mizuki Anemo Catalyst Dehya can be played with Mizuki as a pocket damage dealer, providing her with stable status and interrupt resistance.
Daehya can't play with Ye Lan, as their blows in the ult do not trigger the work of their elemental explosions.

Group examples

From the characters that are presented in the list above, you can make the following units for Daehya:

Character 1 Character 2 Character 3 Character 4 Features
Dehya Mona Bennett Sucrose
Shilonen
A hypercarry squad where all characters play on the buff of Dehya's ult. For more successful use of the team, it is advisable to have enough energy recovery on all heroes. Sucrose can be given the Viridescent Venerer set and Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers or replaced with Shilonen.
Mizuki Furina Dehya Mavuika
Pyro GG
A squad with Pyro Resonance and Dehya as a secondary damage dealer. Mizuki heals and hits while in the active character position. Furina quickly gains stacks of Fanfare due to constant healing, Dehya and the second Pyro sub-DD deal damage from the pocket.
Dehya Xiangling Bennett
Citlali
Kazuha
Sucrose
Mono-elemental Pyro squad with Anemo for characters to inflate. If Bennett is C6, then Dehya can play as an active hero all the time. With Sitlali, the attack power buff will disappear, but this is compensated by the cut of resistances and good blows of Melting.
Dehya Mona Furina Kokomi
Barbara
Xiangling Squad through the steam with two Hydro, which will give additional HP to Daehye with the help of resonance. Pyro resonance will give a bonus to attack. One of the best units in of lighter stat balance.
Dehya Candace Barbara Sucrose Dehya, through the infusion from Kandakia's ult, will be able to cause the reaction of Par on procs from her elemental skill. Sucrose will distribute mastery of the elements. If necessary, it can be replaced with Kazuha. An alternative way to play as a hypercarry.
Dehya Keia Rosary Kazuha Squad through the Melting, where Keia and Rosaria will give out a lot of Cryo status, and also be able to restore Daehye's energy, since they have a short skill cooldown. Rosaries here can be given a set of Nobles and a spear of Favonius.
Dehya Nahida Dendro gg Xiangling Dehya and Xiangling will trigger a Dendro status Burn reaction from Traveler and Nahida. Nahida can be replaced with Kollei or Yao Yao.
Ayato Nahida Kokomi
Mona Furina
Dehya Dehya as sup-dd under Ayato through Blossom. Hydro Resonance will increase her health and damage.
Ganyu Dehya Bennett Kazuha Reverse-melt team Ganyu via Dehyu. Bennet and Kazuha will help keep the Pyro status on the enemies and give an extra buff.
Raiden Nahida Mona Dehya Dear team through various reactions with Buds. A revolver type of squad where Raiden and Dehya attack during the action of their ultimates, and while they are on the rollback, Mona acts on the field. This is necessary to maintain a constant Hydro status on enemies.
Al-Haytham Yao Yao Bennett Dehya Detachment through Burning with mein-dd al-Haytham. Not as damaging as other teams with al-Haytham, so it requires a lot of investment in both heroes.
Dehya Keia Barbara Xiangling FtP detachment with Pyro resonance and Melting and Steam reactions. It is necessary to take care of a good indicator of energy recovery for both Dehya and Xiangling, since there are no batteries in the squad.
Dehya Collei Dendro gg Barbara FTP squad through Bloom and Burn.

How to play Daehyu

Dehya deals the main damage through the elemental skill and ult, so all buffs must be distributed before activating them. In addition, Dehya's elemental explosion has a very short duration, so you need to activate it exactly in the place where it is needed. This will save time by not wasting it on moving towards the enemy.

If you activate the elemental skill in the ult, then the mercenary will be able to inflict a couple of additional blows. For this reason, one should not forget to press it, even if Daehya is used only as an ult-procaster.

Rotation

Dahya's rotation on the sub-dd position is as follows:

 1. Activate an elemental skill for Dehyu to deal damage from the pocket and also increase the resistance of the characters to interrupt.
 2. Switch to s and main damage. Squeeze through their abilities to distribute buffs and get Dehya's ultimate. While her ultimate talent is on cooldown, play as the main damage dealer.
 3. When Dehya's Elemental Burst cools down, switch back to her and use it after using Roaring Flurry to speed up the blows.
 4. After the ult go back to s and sub-dd. Use their abilities again.
 5. Repeat from the first point.

Playing for Daehyu in the position of the main damage dealer is practically no different from the rotation above. The only change is that even when her Elemental Burst is on cooldown, she remains the active character on the field.

Сonclusion

Daehya is an interesting character with new mechanics to play. It will turn out to make a convenient sub-dd for a revolver squad, which can deal damage from the pocket and protect the team, and with good investments, and main-dd. However, to maximize damage, it requires investments in constellations and signature, since at the moment there are few alternative ways to get the necessary buffs.

I'm a complete schizophrenic, I put in my pack almost only DD:
-Harlequin
-Nevilette
-Chaska
-Dehya
As a result, I am now sitting at farming artifacts for it, but I am having no luck, only artifacts for defense and that's it (please pray for me, I've been sitting here for three days)

In short, this beauty dropped instead of Risley. I buffed it for no reason. Art that I don't mind, without any set bonuses)) A little bit of everything. I put Wanderer+ (Faruzan-Bennett) in a pack. I needed an E from Dehya so that the flying hat-wearer wouldn't get knocked down to the ground + damage absorption. That's all. There are shielders, but the shield breaks in a couple of splashes. And then you have to waste valuable seconds of flight on dodging. Dehya works constantly. Resistance from interrupting attacks + takes incoming damage. She is a mercenary bodyguard, and she fulfills this role with a bang. Plus, Skara disperses pyro and also buffs her ATK. In the clearing of Beni + Dehya, she can just hang in place and hit everyone right in the face like a sewing machine. Almost Nevilet style. To summarize, together with Wanderer, she works great. She's not a bad character, just a very niche one, few packs that work well with her. As has already been said here, a high position in the tier list is primarily the ability of a character to strengthen any, even the most crooked party. Dehya is either a bodyguard and a bank of HP for a skinny DD, who also has no talents and constants for resistance to interruption of attacks, or a full MC to explode buds. RESULT: From my entire arsenal of characters, I can put her either with the Wanderer, or in the Buds together with Kuki, so that Kirara turns into a death shuttle. Is she good in these 2 teams? - Yes. But that's all. Whoever wants, can use her in DD. I do not blame. But the same Diluc, even without Heron, will damage much better.

Tell me, Grizzly, Bennet, Kazuha and Dehja have assembled such a squad. Will Melit be normal? Who will cover Dehja's Tayanye from Eshka, or Grizzly.

Why is there no ceremonial in the weapon? The ive works on it, if Dehya is needed to activate the millelite and status, then one of the best weapons before c2

the bell sword seems to be good for dehyu too, it's strange that they didn't specify. And in the description of the radiance of varukkashi it is written that the ive is not always feasible, it is very easy to stack a ive on it, because it deflects all damage with eshka, it is enough for her or her ally to receive 1 hit and she will receive damage for 10 seconds

Not a single overvape in the group examples, nice guide 🙂

https://youtu.be/j7PcCSNTUu8?feature=shared&t=1451 - at 24 minutes you can see how it works
The point is that Dehya hits the taser, i.e. hydro+electro hangs on the target at the same time, Dehya thus causes two reactions at once - steam and overload. After 5.2, tasers and overload will be buffed, which means Dehya's overvape will become even stronger.

Dehya is undeservedly at the bottom of the tier list. She absorbs damage, increases protection from interruption and makes t attacks with Eshki, which naturally suggests itself in squads from reactions through MS. And she can also wear a 3-star dragon blood sword, which gives 187 MS out of nowhere
At the same time, Xiangling, who can only give out pyro status with ULTA and requires all constellations, is for some reason in your S+ tier.

Personally, Dehya firmly occupies her place in the second dedro squad. Nahida, Kuki, Dehya, Xingqiu. Before Nahida there was Kirara.

Well, maybe because the syanka has 20 times more damage and she is 4*.
And what Dehya does can replace Tom, who is also 4* and gives a full shield and not a parody.

Really? In Sumeru there is a boss with an infinite array of 1 mass AoE attack, he stably takes out 60-100k from any character. I don't have Grandfather, but I have the 2nd strongest shield after Grandfather, it's Layla, she can't even survive this attack with her shield. And Dehya is not only able to survive it herself, she is also able to protect any character. So tell me, dude, how is your Shield better than Dehya's ive? Are you aware that now shields with at most 20k HP knock down with 2-3 hits?
Or here's another example: Fontaine's Hydrotulpa, does 3 hits for 20k, will your shielders survive? And Hydrotulpa also has a charged version of this attack, if it absorbs slimes. With Dehya, your main characters will survive, but with shielders?

On syanka you need to jerk off to restore/battery, while Dehya just throws off Eshka

Will the Earth Shaker sword suit her?
This is Natlan's new crafted two-handed sword. It looks like a very nice sword.

I don't know why my comments are being deleted, in particular about the Twilight Court Hunter set, namely the fact that the first top 500 positions on Akashi are 9 out of 10 this set. Nevertheless:
1. having C1 + Akuomaru + Hunter instead of Varukashi, Dehya began to knock out 36k crits on her ult, that is, in 5 seconds or 10 hits she can deal an average of 240k damage.
2. Many people forget that Dehya is not a damage dealer, but a shield dealer based on HP consumption, which may be inconvenient for many, but in fact, having a shield, you do not know when it will split and you will receive damage, unlike Dehya's HP, which is visible + you do not need to turn it on to activate it (which can also be knocked down during a fight and you will simply be finished off).
3. E-ka does not give top damage, but serves as a catalyst, for example, in the game through Steam + protects against attack interruptions, which is extremely useful in battles with a bunch of mobs.

Simple comparison: Myriad Spirits Sanctuary, Dehya - Furina - Djinn - Navia squad. Dehya gives E-class, Furina gives Pokemon + fanfares, Djinn mass heals raising fanfares, Navia comes out last on crystals from fire and water, ults, lives through E-class and destroys the surrounding mobs with a charged attack, finishing off the rest with a second E-class.

We take another with a shield - Diona (who is A-tier here): We hang a shield, a similar rotation, Navia comes out, gives an ult and an E-shka, the shield flies off, takes damage, cannot perform a charged attack, takes it again (and you can’t stand far, since the E-shka must be lived through close), almost dies, leaves the field. We endure the trial, chewing dry rations or switching to Furina's Singer of Streams, losing damage.

I suppose this is my personal opinion, but Dehya is clearly not a C-tier for a long time with new artifacts and weapons, and in version 5.0 all foreign publications put her on the B-tier specifically as a . The game itself with Dehya is very comfortable, you always have a damage shield enabled by default, and pressing the ult gives time for the E-s of other heroes to roll back, while Dehya waves her fists, without losing the squad's DPS.

UPD Shilonen knocked out C2 and Dehya started hitting even harder due to cutting off resistances through the Dehya - Furina - Shilonen - Navia squad

Not just your opinion) Dehja has been in the A+ tier for me for a long time, I've been using it since patch 3.5.
