At any time of the day, head to the port at Li Yue Harbor and look for a girl named Atsuko There is a blue exclamation mark above her head.

In the last task, it was revealed that she is an Inazuma refugee and she needs a job. Now the girl is doing well, and she asks for a small favor - to deliver a letter to her parents at home, Atsuko herself does not plan to return in the near future for sure (this is important). The family lives on the outskirts of the city near the forge of Amenoma. Ye and Michiru, Atsuko's parents, can be seen near their house, marked with a marker. When she leaves, it turns out that Atsuko is working, but the payment is in herbs and fruits, and her parents ask her to come back the next day so they can get mora.
After 6 AM, return to E and Michiru to get paid and find out that Atsuko has disappeared somewhere again. They think she's gone on a trip again. This completes the task.
