Glide down to the arena and pick up the stone pillar pearl. If it was not possible to do this the first time, climb higher - to the stone hills in the ruins, and fly from there.

Use Elemental Sense again to find the second missing fragment. Elemental currents will lead to the arena under the destroyed dome: go there and defeat 
Then pick up the Stone Pillar Charm Gem from the pile of stones.
Get out of the ruins and return to the altar along the slope. Place the found relics inside the amulet, after which you will see a small cut-scene in which the sky over the island will begin to clear up.
Go back and talk to Kaji
Talk to Kaji waiting nearby again. The Hero will be delighted with the results of the Traveler's work and ask him to repair two more amulets. At this point, the quest will come to an end, and two new parts of the chain will appear in the journal at once: "Legacy of Orobashi 3". You can go through them in any order.
