How to beat Storm Dread in Genshin Impact

Let's analyze the key points in the battle with the boss.

• Destroy the shield. When the battle starts, 2 bars will appear at the top of the screen: red reflects the level of health, white shows the state of the shield. When the dragon lands, attack with the claws to knock down the defense.
• Hit the spike to lower the boss' health. After the shield is destroyed, the boss will fall onto the platform, revealing a weak spot - a red-purple spike. If you deal damage to it, XP will decrease. Here you can climb on the neck or attack with an archer.
• Save your ult. Elemental Burst is best used when Storm Dread is vulnerable. This will take away more of the boss's health and allow you to win faster, since the shield is easily destroyed by the skills of the heroes.
• Use archers. While the boss is in flight, it can be attacked with archer's charged attacks. This will help to remove the protection faster.
• Fly to other platforms. 3 anemogranums fly along the edges of the platform, collect them to activate the wind current. When the playground is covered with cracks, the character will begin to take damage. Also, the enemy can launch projectiles that attack in an area. This can be avoided by taking advantage of the wind flow and flying into an undamaged area.

Boss attacks and abilities

• Jerk. PWith the first attack, the dragon will always sweep through the center. Move to the edge to avoid taking damage.

• Bite. Stretches his neck, then makes a jerk and bites. The closer to the head, the more damage taken.

• Breath of wind. Upon landing, it releases a whirlwind that moves from one claw to another. It will start from the side closest to which the hero will be. At the beginning of this attack, approach the claws, and after the whirlwind begins, run to the side to the second paw and hit.

• Meteor Rain. Summons a meteor shower, its charges randomly attack the area from above. The attacked place will be marked with a blue circle, from which you must exit.

• Double charges. Shoots two Anemo projectiles twice. They will always fly in the direction of the hero, but to the edge of the site, so it is easy to dodge.

• The roar. With a roar, it summons poisonous rain. After that, the platform will be covered with cracks, and the character will lose health. With this attack, fly to another whole platform.

• Anemo charge. Launches an Anemo projectile that creates a large shockwave upon landing. The projectile flies slowly, allowing you to have time to fly to another platform. One of the strongest attacks.
