Types of meat

There are two types of meat in Teyvat: poultry meat and raw meat.

Poultry meat

Raw meat

Raw meat is the meat dropped by animals such as boars, foxes, squirrels, ferrets, crocodilians, Richeboland tigers, scorpions, and pack yaks. Raw meat is used in many recipes - this ingredient is needed for preparing dishes for protection, restoring health, restoring stamina, and also for creating preparations.

draft

Where to find Meat in Genshin Impact

Meat in the open world can be obtained in several ways. When traveling around the area, you often come across boxes and barrels, inside of which there is a certain amount of resource. However, the main method of obtaining meat is hunting animals, thanks to which, depending on the size, several pieces of product can be obtained from one creature at once.

To prevent animals from running away during the hunt, it is recommended to take the following characters into your squad, whose ive skills allow you not to scare the creatures:

• Kirara;
• Eloy.

Mondstadt

Mondstadt is a good place to get meat at low ranks, as it contains a large number of small creatures. Animals from which you can get meat in the Anemo Kingdom are:

• wild boar - 2 pieces;
• fox - 1 piece;
• squirrel - 1 piece;
• ferret - 1 piece.

One of the largest concentrations of animals is located in the vicinity of Bright Crown Canyon in the northwest of the region. From the nearest teleportation point, go west, where you will find a large number of boars around the destroyed bell.

Another location is located not far from the previous one in the gorge south of Stormterror Lair. Follow the road between the mountains and meet foxes, wild boars and squirrels along the way.

Meat can also be obtained near Starfall Lake in the northeast of Mondstadt. From the Anemo Archon Statue, head into the forest to the east, where boars, squirrels, and foxes can be found.

Li Yue

In Li Yue, most meat is produced in the northern part of the region, in Chenyu Valley. However, several large concentrations for hunting can also be found in the northeast of Bishui Valley and Tianqiu Valley, located in the Jasper Forest. You can get meat in the Geo Kingdom from the following animals:

• soft-haired goat - 3 pieces;
• wild boar - 2 pieces;
• fox - 1 piece;
• squirrel - 1 piece;
• ferret - 1 piece.

Travel to the dungeon mountain watch, which stands on the border with the Dragon Ridge, and head northwest from it. On the slope near the pond you can collect meat from wild boars and foxes.

Next, visit Tianqiu Valley by using the teleportation point east of the lake near the ruins. Around the teleport in the north and southwest there is a large concentration of various animals, including wild boars, foxes and squirrels.

Inazuma

Inazuma is not a suitable place for meat farming, since there are quite a few places with boxes or for hunting. However, during research you can meet the following animals from which you can collect meat:

• wild boar - 2 pieces;
• fox - 1 piece;
• squirrel - 1 piece;
• ferret - 1 piece.

The largest accumulation of the resource is found on Kannazuka Island. Warp to the Electro Archon Statue and move towards the rock in the northeast where the boars are.

Next, go southwest, where the path leading to Tatarasuna is located. You can also hunt wild boars along it.

Sumeru

The largest source of meat is Sumeru, where the resource is mined in both the jungle and the desert. Animals from which you can earn product in the Dendro region can be:

• pack yak - 3 pieces;
• Richeboland tiger - 3 pieces;
• spinokrok - 3 pieces;
• scorpio - 3 pieces;
• mushroom pork - 2 pieces;
• fox - 1 piece;
• squirrel - 1 piece;
• ferret - 1 piece.

One of the larger clusters can be found between Vanarana and Sumeru Town by teleporting to the path by the pond. Head north to encounter tigers along the way.

To the north of Chatrakam Cave you can find a concentration of pack yaks and foxes moving along the slope.

Fontaine

В Fontaine There are few places where you can get meat. The main sources for resource extraction are the following creatures:

• wild boar - 2 pieces;

A pair of squirrels can be found near the Hydro Archon Statue, located north of the Lucin Fountain.

For boars, head to the southern part of the Bello District. Teleport to the shore at the bottom of the location and move east, where you will see creatures near the house.

Meat in Katerina's expeditions

At the moment, there are two expedition areas available in the game where you can get meat:

• In Mondstadt - the Valley of the Winds.

• In Inazuma, Musojin Gorge.

To send your heroes for meat, approach Katerina in any city and go to the expedition menu:

Choose a location and a hero. Keep in mind that each region has characters that speed up expeditions. For Mondstadt it is Fischl and Bennett, for Inazuma it is Kudze Sarah. Wait for the indicated time and pick up the meat through Katerina. Thus, every day you can receive from 16 to 24 pieces meat.

How to prepare raw meat

Raw meat can be obtained by defrosting whole frozen meat or using a mystery meat product. To prepare meat, go to the oven and use it. The blanks menu is located under the second tab from the top.

From whole frozen

Select a raw meat recipe and click cook. Cooking takes 1 minute. After the time is up, take the ingredient.

Whole Frozen Cooking Meat can be found in Dragonspine Mountain.

It drops from boars in the southeastern region of the mountain. First you need to unfreeze them with a Pyro attack so that you can kill them.

From mystery meat

Open the preparations menu and select a mysterious meat product. With some chance, after processing the mysterious meat, you will get raw meat, or poultry or fish. Select a quantity of the mystery product and wait the specified time.
