How to start the Joy Above the Clouds quest
To start the Joy Above the Clouds quest, you need to complete "A riddle among people". Thus, the current mission will appear in the mission log, from where it can be tracked for the icon to appear on the map and in the game.
If the quest is not showing, open the tab "Meetings in the Wind" in the event menu and select chapter 3 "Luck is hidden in the clouds."

Head to the alchemy workbench to meet Sucrose
Change game time to tomorrow and wait for the next morning (08: 00 - 12: 00). Once the quest is updated, travel to Mondstadt to meet with Sucrose. The girl will report that she has divided the letters into 4 groups - now they need to be studied, and then the final results should be compiled.
Check the clue board, read the letters and talk to Sucrose
Come to board with hints and read any messages (the choice does not affect anything).
After reviewing the contents of the letters, the Traveler discusses the information received with Sucrose and Collei in order to summarize. Despite the work done, it is not so easy to decide on the answers to all 4 goals.
Talk to Timaeus
Suddenly, out of breath, Timaeus s the group. The alchemist says that he lost track of time and did not have time to write a letter. However, he is the one "whose mouth does not lie," since he made a promise that he would not lie until he achieved Lady Ying Er. It is this girl from the perfume shop in Li Yue who is his lover, for whom he collected sessilia on the cliff. Timaeus' speech looks convincing, so the guy is taken as a representative of this goal. Then the final decision is made for the rest of the regions.

Go to where the Lamp of Bliss is
The lamp of bliss is located on a rock near Coasts of the Falcon. Teleport to Temple of the Lion, climb it up and go straight to the quest marker. Once in the right place, no one from the group notices objects like a lamp.
However, Venti's note says that for this it is necessary to look at the sky and cast a special spell. After Paimon says the correct words aloud, a strong wind current arises.
Approach the stream and press the jump button to soar. After that, fly through the air rings, landing on the floating island on the right.
Explore the floating island
There is a hidden island in the sky. However, it is empty, and only in the center is a table with the desired Lamp of bliss. It is also written on the chairs that by sitting on them and giving the correct answer, one can achieve enlightenment. Albedo warily examines the location for traps, but nothing can be found, so everyone sits down and makes speeches at the targets from the prophecy.
At the end of the monologues, the lamp starts to burn. Albedo decides to check if this is related to the correctness of the answers and tries to sit in Collea's seat. The unceasing radiance means that in reality the correct answers never existed, and the lamp is only a signal.
The reasoning is interrupted by the mysterious foreigner Scarlett, who was previously interested in prophecy. She followed the group to get to the island. However, she didn't come alone. Rosary, in turn, already followed her, since the girl initially seemed that suspicious.
Scarlett says that she left the message in the book, but the prophecy itself is genuine. It was given to her by a witch who belonged to a society of powerful women, one of whom was also Mona's mentor.
After that, the girl manipulates the lamp, from where the voice began to come. Getting in touch Alice - Kli's mother and part-time one of the most powerful witches who once upon a time held tea meetings here.
At the request of Scarlett, Alice begins to tell an ancient story about witches coven. At this moment, an animated cut-scene begins, from which it is possible to learn that a secret society settled here because of the instructions of Anemo Archon to stop hostility - and so until the end of time, witches always gathered at this table to discuss their affairs, secrets and resolve differences.
At the end of the video, Alice reports that they wrote this farewell letter all together for one of the witches who left the coven to spend the rest of her days with her lover.

However, Albedo notices a figure walking nearby, and it turns out to be Ying Er. The girl forgives Timaeus, and they continue to talk further.
Little by little, everyone disperses, but despite the prosaic end of the story, Collei managed to take a step towards himself. She believes that one day she will be able to find herself in this world, and now she is just happy to be here.
Also at the end, Albedo will give the Traveler a card back that can be used in the game. Anemone from Collea"). Probably, these are the gifts from the Gift of Anemone box. They still communicate a little with each other, after which the quest ends.
