New characters in Honkai: StarRail - future playable heroes who have already met the Pathfinder in the age of the story and events, and some have not yet appeared in the general story and acquaintance with them is yet to come. Saber and Archer
Characters whose release is timed to coincide with the game's collaboration with the universe Fate/SN in update 3.4. At the moment, it is difficult to guess what skills the heroes will have, as well as what Paths they will belong to. However, it is known for sure that the units will be of legendary rarity.
Skrullum
Skrullum makes his first appearance as an active character during a companion mission. "virtual universe".

The only mention of the Arbiter is Feixiao's words: in her opinion, if Yuwu had been sent to interrogate Jing Yuan instead of her, the conversation between the generals could have been much harsher.

A well-known director of Penakonia, who has created many brilliant films popular far beyond the planet of celebrations. He became one of the characters in the storyline "Banana Mayhem: Battles Without Ninjas and Mercy", but was not released as a playable item in the Penakonia patches. "Bound" Katerina is one of the Duke's three "daughters" shown in the Annihilation Gang trailer. The former prisoner was supposed to target Aventurine during the Penakonia storyline, but was banished by Acheron after the attack on the Everburning Mansion. There's a chance the fire demon may reappear and "reform" in some way.
Constance
Another "daughter" of the Duke, who survived the Emanator's attack on the Everburning Mansion. The girl, unlike her "colleagues", cooperated with the game characters during the planet's plot: the demon ed the Black Swan and helped her uncover Acheron's true identity. Based on her motives, the girl has a high chance of ever becoming playable.
Dubra
The most mysterious of the Duke's "daughters" appeared in the organization's trailer as a shadowy, shadowy figure in a dark cloak, controlling a puppet. Like the other children of Inferno, she was able to escape death in the mansion. Playable puppets are not a new gaming phenomenon. It is likely that Dubra will only exist as a puppet herself, like Gert, and the shadowy figure will be part of the combat animations.

The Duke's only "son" along with his sisters managed to avoid their father's fate and safely escaped from the destroyed mansion.
