What Otogi looks like on the ground
The foliage color of the Otogi varies from green to blue, and the number of trunks varies from one to three to four. Trees often grow in small groups, but can also stand alone.
In Inventory, Otogi's icon is a grey-brown block of wood with three blue leaves.Otogi cooldown in Genshin Impact
Otogi's exact cooldown time in Genshin Impact is unknown, but is approximately 8 to 12 hours. But if the collection of the resource takes place in the same location, then the supply will be fully restored after the collection of wood from 11 trees.
Where to find Otogi on the map in Genshin Impact - farming routes
In Genshin Impact, Otogi grows only in Inazume – this type of tree is not found either in Li Yue or in Mondstadt. Below are detailed descriptions of the main collection points.
Yasiori Island
Most Otogi trees grow on Yashiori - they are scattered almost throughout the island. You can start farming from the center by teleporting to the Statue of the Seven Archons and move in a circle, or cut separately on each side of Musojin Gorge. After collecting trees along the main routes, all that remains is to get the rest at Mumei Fort, which is adjacent to the island from the west.
Kannazuka Island
On the neighboring island of Kannazuka, which is connected to Yashiori by the Nazuchi Shoal, Otogi can also be collected in the Tatarasuna region, so it makes sense to go there right away. It will be more convenient to start from the teleport point near the shallows and move east.
Watatsumi Island
Another grove of Otogi trees is located on Watatsumi. This farming point is convenient in that there is a teleport next to it and all the trees are collected on one island. You can also cut trees while exploring the "upper" part of Watatsumi, they are found everywhere.
Tsurumi Island
Tsurumi, who appeared last, also has Otogi. It is more convenient to start farming from the anchorage, teleporting to the Statue of the Seven Archons, and then to the Altar of Mosiri.
Narukami Island
There are several more collection points on Inazuma's main island, Narukami. The first is located on a small island near the Tensyukaku Palace in the city. A few more trees are located on Rito Island.
A little more Otogi grows in the valley near the Great Temple of Narukami south of Araumi.
Thus, in just one full run, you can collect a resource from 309 trees, and this is 927 Otogi units (each tree drops 3 resource units).
Where to buy Otogi
Unfortunately, Otogi is not sold in any game store. The available ways to get a resource are to collect it manually or convert it.
