The task Transforming the Problem can be obtained randomly from daily quests. To start the quest, open Adventurer's Journal via key "F1". Go to the tab Orders, find in the list Problem Conversion and click on the marker on the right to start tracking the task. To increase the chance of it falling out, put the region in the reference book on Sumeru.

Go to Port of Sumeru, guided by the marker on the map. Talk with Rafik: it stands right on the pier.
The engineer will ask you to help him repair the ship. Agree and go to the problem boat. She is next to Rafik.
Examine the ship's hull
Check everything 3 markers: go to each and click on "F"to inspect the ship's hull. When a problem is found, come back and report the situation to Rafik, talking to him again. The engineer will go to talk with the owner of the ship. This will complete the quest.
