After completing the "In the Footsteps of Narcissus" storyline quests, when the Ipsissimus Tower is no longer visible on the map, go to the land teleportation point over the water in Morte. Next to the platform on which the teleporter stands will be waiting Pneuma from the side and hitting it on the engine charged by Ushiya.
The transport will begin moving until it delivers the squad to the water stream in the sky. Enter it and wait for the end of the movement.
