Gem of Yggdrasil #1, Midgard

Items will drop from each of the evils, pick them all up: among the loot, you will find another amulet fragment that allows you to equip it with an enchantment socket.
Yggdrasil Gem #3, Alfheim
The gem located in Alfheim is located in Forbidden sands, in the Elven Library in the Elven Sanctuary. You can find the item after the end of the chapter "Pay". Go inside and go through the large doors to get into the hallway and then into the hall.
After entering the dark room, go to the left and find a ledge for a hook. Climb up on it. Move forward and climb onto the ledge marked with runes. Behind the first rack with scrolls is located legendary chest, and it contains a Gem.
Gem of Yggdrasil #4, Midgard
The gem lies in a chest hidden in Midgard, in the location Rowers. Kratos will be here during the chapter "word of fate". From the frozen Lake of the Nine, run towards the desired area, run through the room under the Rowers with norn chest and get out through the hole in the ceiling.
Once on the surface, run forward and use the chain to climb higher. Run straight ahead and drop down to the spot by the statue. Kratos will land right next to a huge chain that has an interaction marker on it. Approach it and pull it to open the secret room.

Gem of Yggdrasil #5, Svartalfheim

Opposite the elevator is a rock with a building. There is a capture point on the mountain, cling to it and fly over the abyss. Once on the other side, turn around and look behind for another place to secure the Blade. Climb to the top and find a chest with a gem.
Yggdrasil Gem #6, Vanaheim
To find an amulet gem in Vanaheim, head to Garden of Noatun. Come back here after finishing the chapter "Pay«.
Approaching the place on the map, advance to the building indicated by the arrow. Go around it to the right and stand at the window grille. Mark Freya at the red vine a few times so she can hit it with a rune arrow. After that, put the marker to the left: so that the affected area crawls out of the wall.
Go around the building on the left and go to the place where the window is located, from which the vine is visible. Ask Freya to shoot the wall a few times to make a rune seal appear. Use the Blades of Chaos to set fire to it and destroy the plants inside.
Return to the first window and throw the ax at the mechanism holding the chain. The weight will lower and open the gate, allowing Kratos to enter. On the altar to the right is a chest with a gem.
Yggdrasil Gem #7, Vanaheim
The last gem is also located in Vanaheim, in the location Jungle. To collect it, you need to complete the story mission "Creatures from the prophecy» and quest «Return of the river's favor". From the teleporter in the area, follow the river east until you reach the dock.
Climb up and go through the narrow hole in the wall. Follow the round corridor with statues. Cross the cliff and run further. When you meet a deer on the way, turn right and go down to the place with the chest.
