A recent data gathering brought together several surveys about classes in Diablo 4 from around the web, to identify the most popular. There are some interesting things here, like the steady demand for something new or for the return of some Diablo 1 classes, but in the end it turned out that the most popular class is the least likely to make it to the base game.
Three classes have been confirmed so far: barbarian, Druid и enchantress. This means that already added characters focused on hand-to-hand combat, as well as two classes of magicians (casters). Amazon seems like a framework to give players a class based on agility while another melee class - whether it be Paladin or not - it looks like it will complete the base five.
