During the dialogue, each of the scientists will offer to give the found relic to him in exchange for certain rewards. You can choose between:

Despite the scientists' promises, none of them will give any additional rewards upon completion of the dialogue, so you can choose any of the options.
Achievement Sow the Sun
Complete Scholar Grove's quest in the Muttering Thicket of the Grove of Muses to unlock the achievement. "Sow the Sun" in Honkai: Star Rail. The achievement will appear in the section "Our Memories" and will allow you to take 5 star jades as a reward.
