Sulfur in Pal world – one of the most important resources in the later stages of the game. Unlike other minerals, finding sulfur will not be so easy: deposits are often located in hard-to-reach places. Where to get sulfur in Palworld
There are a number of locations where you can find sulfur:
- The islands – on the islands the resource is present in large quantities, often found in caves.
- Small Desert - a small desert area in the center of the Islands, only a few sulfur deposits can be found here.
- Vulcan – most of the sulfur deposits are located on the eastern coast of the volcano, as well as in its “core”.
How to extract sulfur
Sulfur mining in Palworld is done in exactly the same way as farming all other rocks: palsium, coal and so on. All you need to do is get a pickaxe and just hit the deposits, after which the resource will be moved to your inventory. To farm more sulfur, take Cattiva with you, it will allow you to increase your carrying capacity due to a special skill.
The best locations for farming sulfur
There are many points on the map for farming this resource, but there are locations where it is easiest to find sulfur in Palworld:
- Tower of the Eternal Fire: -495, -511. The best place to farm this resource. Located east of the fast travel point near the entrance to the Tower. Here you can easily set up a mining farm.
- Foot of the volcano: -375, -503. The point is located south of the previous location. There are 8 deposits scattered in this location.
- Middle of Mount Obsidian: -355, -410. Located northeast of the fast travel point. You can find about 4 deposits located next to each other. There is a cave nearby, where you can mine some more ore.

Sulfur is less common in the game than other resources, so for convenience you can use interactive map, the location of all deposits is marked on it. By clicking on a looted location, mark it as visited so as not to go through the same locations several times in a row.
In addition, there is an alternative version of the interactive map, where locations with the rarest deposits are separately indicated - sulfur, coal and quartz. Select the desired option to see all spawn points for a specific breed.
How to use sulfur
The main purpose of sulfur in the game is creation of gunpowder. It is from this that ammunition for firearms will be crafted in the future. This resource is especially in demand in the later stages of the game, when the bow and arrows become almost useless.
