Simulacra in Genshin Impact: how to solve all the puzzles with carefree and angry

Simulacra in Chenyu Valley. Interacting with ancient monuments will not only trigger various puzzles and challenges, but will also bring some pretty valuable prizes. Bizarre stone creatures can be found throughout the mountainous region, surrounded by various objects that will be useful in solving puzzles.

In this guide, we will tell you where to find all the riddles and challenges with simulacra in the Chenyu Valley, as well as how to solve them and receive rewards from the sacred simulacra.

How Simulacra Puzzles Work in Chenyu Valley

Simulacra can be activated by the power of the Adept operating in the territory of the Chenyu Valley. Then, depending on the shape of the monument, one of the possible challenges will be launched, requiring special actions on the part of the player. Next, we will look at all the riddles with owls.

Angry simulacrum

Angry Bird Monuments feature spread wings, as well as the red key marker found in regular challenges. After activating the statue with the power of the Adepts, called by a special key ("T" on PC), switch to the simulacrum control mode and start the race. Within a limited amount of time, you have to collect Geo Particles, creating golden koi carp marks, which will later help in moving through the air.

Paying attention to the location of the particles, position the marks with the action key so that when flying through them the character can catch all the surrounding clots of energy. In total, the simulacrum has 3 markers at its disposal, after placing which you will need to leave the control mode and independently be attracted to the nearest carp, and then complete the race by collecting all the particles.

Carefree simulacrum

Monuments of carefree simulacra, when exposed to the power of the Adepts, rise from the ground and can be installed anywhere nearby. Often the statue itself provides clues as to where its location is. This could be a special illuminated platform or some kind of furniture. Complete all conditions or additional tasks from the simulacrum to complete the challenge and receive a reward.

Sacred simulacrum

Once you solve the puzzle associated with the stone owl, it will change its name to Sacred Simulacrum. This makes it easy to determine which puzzles have already been completed.

How to solve all simulacrum puzzles in Genshin Impact

In total, in the Chenyu Valley you can find 21 statues of carefree simulacra, 18 of which are separate riddles, and 3 are a single puzzle. Some of the figurines presented on the map may also relate to world quests and can only be used within their framework as quest items.

Simulacrum 1

Tip: I've been trapped here for a long time, like the moon breaking through the clouds and the sand withering in the waves. I'm waiting for my sister to free me from this prison, returning me to the left side of the altar to fight evil.

The first puzzle with light-hearted simulacra is located at the ruins in the north of the Chenyu Valley between Qiaoying Village and Yilong Port. In the ruins you will find four illuminated platforms, two monuments and two debris ancient ruins.

First, take the simulacrum from the bench above and, following its instructions, install it “on the left side of the altar” on the appropriate platform.

Then pick up the similar statue lying by the stairs and place it on the right side of the altar on a similar tile.

Next, in the same way, pick up the stone fragment lying to the left of the platform and place it on the left highlighted point at the top. If you have problems with the installation, try climbing onto the platform by standing at the bench and activating the skill from there.

Then look for another arch fragment in the clearing to the left of the ruins. Place it on the remaining platform on top.

After restoring the altar, a group of enemies will appear nearby. Fight three waves of enemies, ending the battle by defeating Electro luxury chest, which will appear on the stone table.

Simulacrum 2

Tip: This is the location of the Stone Forest with three key positions: west, north and east.

In the stream near the village of Qiaoying you can find another carefree simulacrum.

Lift the statue and place it on the platform located on the opposite bank of the stream.

Activating the stone monument will trigger a time trial. Following the directions of the simulacrum “This is the location of the Stone Forest with three key positions: west, north and east.”, find three stone piles and destroy them within the allotted time. You can find the first one on the opposite bank behind a bush near a tree.

Another one is hidden behind the foliage of trees at the top of the waterfall.

The last pile of stones stands right in the stream next to the monument itself. Once all the stones are destroyed, a reward in the form of a rich chest will appear next to the owl.

Simulacrum 3

Tip: What power... Ah! The adept has finally appeared! Please put me back in my place. Here they make offerings to me, and I protect the peace of this land.

Near Archon statues in the upper Chenyu gorge, along the path leading to Qiaoying village, you can meet another simulacrum. Even though the statue is already placed on the platform, pick it up.

The spirit will ask you to return him to his place, since this is where offerings are made to him, and he protects the peace of the local residents. Put the owl back to the same platformto receive a rich chest as a reward.

Simulacrum 4

Tip: Due to one mishap, I was stuck in the river mud for an eternity. Please return me to my original place.

On the river bank a little west of Archon statues you can find an empty platform. Explore it to see some bubbles appear on the sand nearby.

The lost simulacrum is located inside the farthest bubble, but we recommend destroying everything, as this will trigger even more traps and allow you to pick up an additional reward in the form of a regular chest.

By returning the found owl to its place, you can pick up the rich chest donated by the simulacrum.

Simulacrum 5

Hint #1: Please take me back to the river.

Hint #2: This is not my refuge...

At the beginning of the road leading into the Chenyu Valley from the rest of Li Yue, you will find a simulacrum figurine guarded by a Cryo squad lotus lamp on water.

Simulacrum 6

Hint #1: Please take me back to the courtyard, the mistress is still waiting for me.

Hint #2: Take me back under the tree in the courtyard.

In the hills east of the Yaode Valley you will encounter a camp amazing chest. Deal with them so that no one interferes with solving the puzzle. Next to the treasury, next to the boxes, there is a light-hearted simulacrum needed for the puzzle located nearby.

Go further into the ruins and place the found figurine on the illuminated platform near the table. The simulacrum will give you a reward in the form of a regular chest, but will ask for one more favor.

Simulacrum 7

Go down to Yaode Valley and go up the path from the teleportation point. Find a hidden simulacrum on a pile of stone vessels near the road. Take it and turn in the opposite direction.

Place the figurine on one of the chairs at the table next to it. You will receive a regular chest as a reward.

Simulacrum 8

Tip: Hey! I still need to teach a class, don't touch me! Seriously, put me back on the stand, right now!

On the slope of Linmen Mountain, in the ruins, you can find another puzzle with light-hearted simulacra. Do not touch the figurine standing by the chest, as it is already located in the right place. Instead, pick up the monument from the destroyed bench and, at his request, “How can you go to class looking like this?” seat him in the center of the whole seat.

Then, to fulfill the condition “everything is fine now, but the place is open”, pick up a stone fragment next to the place where you met the simulacrum. Place the owl on the glowing platform by standing opposite her facing the monument.

Simulacrum 9

At the top of Lingmeng Mountain you will find three glowing platforms and the same number of carefree simulacra. First, pick up the figurine on the left and place it on the central tile, closer to the tree, to begin solving the puzzle with the owls on the mountain. Next, take the figurine lying to the right of the clearing.

Place it on the leftmost platform. Lastly, take the simulacrum lying in the stones near the tree.

In the center between the installed owls will appear Spiritual carp.

Simulacrum 10

Tip: Let me ask my benefactor to help me return to my place.

On the river bank just below the top of Lingmeng Mountain you'll find another puzzle with a platform and a lost simulacrum. Destroy all the pots next to the rich chest to find the figurine. After you break the vessels in the clearing, two Cryos will appear nearby jumpers. Deal with them so that they do not interfere with further searches.

Go down to the water and look for some more pots on the rocks. Break them all to find a simulacrum in one of them. Pick up the figurine using by the forces of the Adepts.

When the owl is in place, the rich chest standing nearby will open, allowing you to collect the rewards from it.

Simulacrum 11

Tip: Slippery fish, so slippery, I caught it, but I don’t want to eat it.

At the peak not far from sugar flower, as the owl asks.

For the help of the sacred ones, the simulacrum will give you an ordinary chest that will appear nearby in the clearing.

Simulacra 12-14

Hint #1: Please remove the waterfall above me so I can return to my plowstreet.

Hint #2: Place me on the shore of a pond so that I can ire the beautiful lotuses.

Under Mount Xuanlian, among the lotus lake, there is a mystery with three glowing platforms and a precious chest. To open it, you will need to find three lost simulacra somewhere nearby.

The first two figurines are hidden in the cave behind the barrier.

You will find one owl inside, the other at the entrance on a pressure plate. Place them on any free tiles near the lake.

The third simulacrum is located on a bridge near the lake. Next to it you will find Hydro amazing chest. Place the found figurine on the remaining platform.

As soon as all the figurines are in place, in gratitude the simulacra will open the precious chest that stood in the center of the lake.

Simulacrum 15

Tip: There is fog at the water's edge, and among the shrines the purple is fading. The islands on the river are like halls, and there are three of them.

A whole series of puzzles with simulacra and fairies can be found on the island west of the Chizhang Wall. The puzzle can be solved either after discovery on your own or during a world quest, where the solution is one of the stages of the task.

Returning to this place after completing the chain "Jade Blessing", you can solve another riddle. This time there is a large jade simulacrum on the platform. Approach him and select the option "Hit"to start the puzzle.

Three stone arches will appear on the water in front of the island. Go through them in a special order and get a reward. First, cross the gate opposite the starting point, then the one to the right of the starting island. Go through the left gate last, after which a precious chest will appear on the island nearby.

Simulacrum 16

Tip: I am the manager of this place and look after the owner's abode.

In the small location of the Adept's Chambers you can also meet a carefree simulacrum. However, moving it across the available tiles will not yield any special rewards. This owl is only used in world quests as a quest item.

Simulacrum 17

Nearby, in the gorge of the Yaode Valley, you can find another riddle with a carefree simulacrum. At the bridge leading into the cave there is an illuminated platform, and behind it is a lost owl. Place it back in place and then follow the directions to hit the “round can in front.”

Go to the vessel standing by the bridge and select the option three times "Hit" next to her. After the first hit, a regular boar will appear nearby, after the second - a small Hydro jumper. Defeat all opponents to take the reward from the nearest rich chest.

Simulacrum 18

Tip: Hmm, what a fragrant fish soup.

On the northern side of the mountain peak of the Chizhang wall, you can find the entrance to a small cave located below, almost right next to the water. Inside you will meet a simulacrum figurine, as well as a magical barrier.

Before picking up the owl, examine the pile of bubbles in the water. A stream of golden koi will appear in place. Take the simulacrum and enter the portal that appears.

The stream will carry you beyond the barrier, allowing you to place the figurine in its intended place, as well as pick up the reward from a regular chest.

On the eastern slope of the Chizhang Wall Mountains there is a whole complex of puzzles, including a light-hearted simulacrum. To open the locked figurine in front of the ruins, defeat all the hilichurls in the area. Move the figurine to the platform in the ancient building to get a hint: “Could you strengthen the defenses?”. Simulacrum 21

Tip: Ooh, vile scoundrels kidnapped me and brought me here... Good man, can you take me home? Follow the fallen pine cones.

On the mountainside south of the Jade Vent you can find an empty platform. To find the lost simulacrum, head west from the tile and follow the path of pine cones. At the end of the path you will find a camp of treasure thieves, where the desired monument is hidden in a locked cage.

To open the cage, go to the edge of the platform where there is a cage and a locked chest. Below you will hear the voices of bandits caught in a collapse. Go down to them and defeat the entire squad.

A highlighted dot will appear in place of one of the bandits. Study it to get Strange key, necessary to open a cell with a simulacrum. Climb the mountain and free the figurine.

Return to the platform by following the path of pine cones and place the simulacrum on the tile. As a reward for saving you will receive precious chest.

How to tests with simulacra

In addition to the riddles of light-hearted simulacra, you can also find monuments with time trials in the world. There are many more of them, and you can meet them in different parts of the valley.
