The Strange Hilichurl is a special enemy. He pays no attention to the character and does not attack until he is attacked. The strange hilichurl can only be found in 14 locations located in Mondstadt and Li Yue. Hilichurl is more of an Easter egg for other games of the company, and it does not drop unique materials for leveling up.

When the strange hilichurl appears

There are several special conditions associated with the appearance of the strange hilichurl:

• Once every 12 hours, a strange hilichurl can be found in the open world 2 times.
• At any given time there may be only 1 weird hilichurl.
• Defeat the hilichurl for the first time so that it at once reappeared in one of the 13 remaining locations.
• After defeating the second enemy, 12 hours must for the enemy to spawn again in a random location.
• If you defeat only one strange hilichurl, their location will change 12 hours after the victory.
• If you find the enemy, but do not touch him, after 12 hours he will be in a different place.

How many strange hilichurls can you find in a day?

In total, you can only fight the strange hilichurl 4 times a day. When the enemy is defeated for the first time, he will climb into his suitcase and randomly appear in one of the remaining 13 points. And after the second victory you will have to wait 12 real hours for the monster to spawn again.

Where to find the strange hilichurl in Genshin Impact: all locations on the map

In the open world there is only 14 places where the strange hilichurl can appear: 6 of them are in Mondstadt, and the remaining 8 are in Li Yue. Find and defeat an enemy the first time to have him move to another random location. Below are the specific locations of the monster.

Strange Hilichurl 5 in Wolfendom

You can find a strange hilichurl near the weekly boss wolf lord. The fastest way to get to the desired point is from the Anemo Archon Statue at the Rassvet distillery. Head to the cliff in the northwest and move from it towards Wolfendom to the arena with the wolf. On the right side of the descent to the boss, the required hilichurl will be standing by the tree.

Strange Hilichurl 6 in Stormterror Lair

Head to the Anemo Archon Statue next to the tower in Stormterror Lair. Turn southwest and go forward to the destroyed bridge, where you can find a strange hilichurl.

Strange Hilichurl 7 at Stone Gate

Use the teleportation point located between the cliffs in Li Yue Stone Gate. To avoid climbing the rocks, move to the east, where the pressure pad is located. Place a Geo construct on it using Yao Yaoto activate the wind flow.

Use it to rise to the maximum height and climb the rock to the very top. There may be a strange hilichurl standing on the cliff next to the pine tree.

Go to the eastern teleport in Qingce Village in Li Yue and fly northwest to the multi-level flower fields. On one of the stone fences to the right of the wooden steps there will be a strange hilichurl.

Strange Hilichurl 9 in Mingyun Village

Teleport to the Geo Archon Statue in the southern part of Mingyun Village. From there, fly east to a small rock. The reference point will be a flaming flower growing on it, next to which the desired enemy may be located.

Strange Hilichurl 10 at Qingyun Peak

Another place is located under Qingyun Peak in Cloud Limit. Use the teleporter at the Geo Archon Statue and, once you are there, carefully jump off and open the glider. If the Strange Hilichurl is at this point, it will be standing directly below on the stones with patterns.

Strange Hilichurl 11 on Kingfisher Slope

To find the Hilichurl at Kingfisher Slope, head to the western teleporter from Luhua Lake. Run north to the center of the depression, where you will see stone slabs. On them, at the entrance to the ruins, you can find the desired enemy.
