How to get a LEGO Fortnite chest
Chests in the open world of the game are created by the player, or discovered by him during his travels.
Craft
You can make a chest using the construction menu (the “Q” button on the PC version). Select the Furniture and Storage tabs and place one of the suggested options in the world. You can craft a chest in LEGO Fortnite not only on the territory of the settlement, but everywhere in general, which makes it much easier to explore remote areas of the map, since the basic inventory of characters includes only 24 cells (30 if you count the quick access ), which is quite small for such a large survival games. Chests open as you accumulate new types of resources and improve your settlement.
To find
Chests of all types are scattered throughout the game world, and are especially common in the following locations:
- Caves.
- Settlements inhabited by bandits or other hostile NPCs. Rare vaults can often be found here.
- Abandoned settlements. Explore abandoned houses, garages and gardens in an open world.
Unfortunately, chests found in the wild, and indeed all buildings in the game, cannot be moved, therefore the found chest cannot, for example, be brought to your own settlement.

How to use the chest
Go to the built storage in LEGO Fortnite and open it (by default - E button on the PC version). Drag items from your inventory to the right menu on the screen, indicating a chest.
