To get the achievement "There are so many in life ..." you will need to turn on the gramophone located inside the gazebo in the Elton Hollow location in Fontaine.
How to open a gazebo in the Elton Hollow
The gazebo is located in the central part of the Elton Hollow location and can even be found on the game map. Go to the stone building in the shape of a circle, located on the left bank of the reservoir, to see the right place.
To remove the red barrier blocking the way in, you will need to solve a small puzzle with two transmission poles pneumonia, activating them with the opposite forces of arche. This can be done both with the help of pneumonia blocks located nearby, and through the attacks of Fontaine characters.
