After taking on a quest that asks you to find treasure and defeat a dragon, head to the tower. The search will lead you to a previously unknown area called Ochkanatlan, and in the tower you will find another adventurer named Boneh. The adventure does not end with leaving the tower: explore the Ash Street, where you will find an evil dragon. Shoot it down with the Super Powerful Super Laser, causing a small wound, and follow it to its lair, where you will have a second battle and take the Pyrophosphorite.
