You can open the task Clockwork: Bocci after completing the Mastery mission chain Golden moment and talk to Bocci, standing not far from the spatial anchor.
Replenish your Bocci emote
A newbie cameraman has managed to get drunk on regular soda and asks to chat with him for a bit. Select an option “Launch emoticon”to check which part it is missing.
Head down the map to the slot machines and absorb the emotions from a man insulted by a car. Thus, get the required mission item - gear "Anger".
Return to Bocci and launch the emoticon. The man will share that he developed a great proposal for his company when he first got a job, but in the end he was framed and the idea was stolen.
Listen to your new friend's request and take it "Plan: Scarab", which describes the stolen ideas. After this, the task “Clockwork: Bocci” will appear in the general mission log.

Bocci secretly worked on his project with a friend, but the manager interrupted this initiative and harshly criticized the newcomer. Talk to KMM staff working with Feynman and find suitable conversation topics
Follow Bocci's clues and go to the bar in Aiden Park. Find and eavesdrop on a conversation between two employees KMM - angry and tired. Afterwards you will receive evidence "Employee Chatter". They seem to have a grudge against the rookie cameraman because of the overtime, and Feynman is likely also involved in this matter.
